Middleware Catering is a home based, family run business, owned and operated by Mrs Viv Simmons. \u00a0Viv is the mother of a large (by modern standards) family of six children and has always had to cater for any number of other children and adults. \u00a0However, through encouragement of friends who had attended large family gatherings, be they social or church related, she was asked to cater commercially. \u00a0And the Middleware concept was born.<\/p>\n

Viv and her team provide hot and cold meals from The Middleware Kitchens<\/a>\u00a0to meet the specific requirements of her customers. \u00a0She will do the same for you. \u00a0 Meals are prepared at Ty Canol and transported hot or cold and in compliance with the temperature control regulations. \u00a0 Members of the team regularly post pictures of the Middleware Fare on Facebook and Twitter, allowing our clients to offer their views on what was provided. \u00a0You can take a look at these via the “Social Ware” menu link but we are now aiming to put up pictures of specific items here via the “Food Ware” menu link, which has sub menus for hot and cold dishes and allow you to view examples of some of our items. \u00a0 Alternatively, you can search the different categories from links at the bottom of every page or even use our free-text search bar if there is something specific you need to look for.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
