When first registered with Carmarthenshire County Council, our domestic kitchen was assessed by the local environmental health department.\u00a0 As the business expanded however, it became apparent that we needed more space and bigger ovens.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We therefore took the decision to use what had been our store room in half of our attached garage as a new kitchen.\u00a0 The store room had been designed with this in mind and an access hatchway alongside the door from the corridor was readily opened to provide natural light into the store room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kitchen is equipped with two large Falcon ovens, one with a four burner top and the other with a Bullseye.\u00a0 We also invested in a commercial dishwasher, a series of stainless steel tables, stainless steel sink and a counter top refrigerator to increase the versatility for food preparation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, we also moved from domestic refrigerators to two commercial refrigerators due to the development of inconsistent temperature control. \u00a0The new refrigerators are in a different league when it comes to maintaining a consistent temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both the commercial and domestic kitchens remain registered with the council as the domestic kitchen houses a four-door Aga, which is ideal for baking our home made rolls.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
