Great question! We continue to offer our full range of products and a bespoke service for specific requirements but we’ve also recently introduced the COVID-secure Buffet For One.
Packaged in bio-degradable material for easier recycling, each individual’s buffet could include a number of items, e.g. a sandwich (halal meat, veggie, vegan and fish fillings); a piece of cake from our extensive selection including favourites such as lemon drizzle, Welsh cakes, bara brith and custard cream blondie; a packet of crisps, a portion of fruit and an individual drink.
Being individually packaged, the “buffet for one” has a reduced risk of contamination and helps to keep everyone attending safe whilst allowing you to offer some much-needed sustenance.

Middleware Catering is occasionally asked to prepare items for collection from our kitchens at Ty Canol. We are delighted to do this, depending on our other commitments. Please feel free to email or give us a call to discuss.
Middleware Catering is a family business, owned and operated by Mrs Viv Simmons. Viv is the mother of a large (by modern standards) family of six. Through encouragement of friends who had attended large family gatherings she was asked to cater commercially and Middleware Catering was born.
