- Blini’s with salmon, cream cheese and caviar
We make our own blini’s as we find the ones that can be purchased ready prepared seem very dry. The canapés here show the blini’s in the foreground of the slate, ready for delivery to the wedding guests.

Cajun spices are from the Caribbean and offer a bite to this vegetable soup. As with other soups, we suggest you add croutons and serve with one of our home made rolls.

Caribbean spices to add a sparkle to this chicken soup. We will usually always seek to suggest serving with croutons on the side and a home made roll.
- Chicken Mulligatawny Soup
Mulligatawny soup is based on Indian traditions but is essentially a British soup. You can read more of the origins on Wikipedia. Here, Craig has made the soup with chicken pieces included.
- Cumin and cauliflower soup
This is our cumin and cauliflower soup. Craig is our soup expert. We have a regular booking of weekly soups throughout the winter months and he prides himself in seeking to find new soups for that meeting with the aim of never repeating a soup during the season.
- Mushroom rolls
An excellent all rounder among our canapés. These vegetarian rolls are also suitable for vegans but their appeal is universal and they go down well among our selection of canapés either as a separate serving as your guests arrive or as part of a starter.
- Roasted red pepper on crustini
Served on a basil leaf, a wonderfully moist roasted red pepper.
- Savoury crescents
Our savoury crescents can are filled with meat or vegetarian options: chilli minced beef, Thai chicken and spinach and ricotta.
