One of the unique features of the Middleware service are the rolls that we use. Viv has been home baking for her family since 1976, when she married. In truth, her skills as a chef, baker and caterer were developing throughout her formative years, so it was hardly surprising she turned her hands to bread making. The recipe she uses for her home made rolls was perfected over a number of years and has been the stable product that is now presented ever since she started Middleware Catering in 1999.
Other than specialist rolls, such as gluten-free, every roll presented to our customers has been made by Viv or occasionally her daughter Hannah, who also has the necessary touch to create the consistent quality that you enjoy at our events. The bread rolls are served as accompaniments to main dishes or as filled or open rolls, as in the picture. Over time, we are photographing as many of our items as we can and adding them to the website.
