What a year 2021 has been, new and regular customers alike we have appreciated and loved catering for your needs and thank you ever so much for continuing to support us during this crazy time we all find ourselves in.

And now we get to look ahead into a new year of providing you with the safest, brightest and tastiest buffets and hot meals delivered straight to your venue, home and place of business.

Our ever popular Buffet for One continues to be a very good choice when social distancing is top of your priority, and with our 5* food hygiene rating you can be rest assured you and your delegates are in safe hands.

For those of you planning socially distanced meetings in person, our “Buffets for one” are still available and a number of our customers have been selecting for such face to face meetings. Give us a ring of contact us via any of the routes open to you if you would like us to quote for your upcoming event.

One of the few delights for us as a business over the past year was the fact that one of our major NHS customers continued to use our services in a small way by offering this sort of selection for their Team of the Month awards - each individually packaged for the organisations chair to give out to the lucky team.

We are delighted that other bookings are now starting to flow in for our hot and cold buffets and we look forward to seeing some old friends in the near future. It’s really lovely to finally get back to catering, with a wedding this afternoon and an evening hot meal later. Need our favourite Middleware breakfast to set us up.

Its that time of year again, and that can only mean these outrageously gorgeous and delicious hot cross buns are fresh out the Aga and on their way to our wonderful neighbors and customers here at Ty Canol Gardens.

Marinated fillet of beef with stir fried red onions served on watercress and sweet potato. Taste test. Certainly worth another go.

It’s so wonderful to have such a busy week ahead here at Middleware Catering, with plenty of delicious yumminess flying out the door.
