Prices 2024 – 25

The table below shows our prices for core elements of our hot and cold buffets (on small screens, the table becomes unreadable and the pdf above may be more convenient).

As in previous years, prices are banded, reducing as more covers are taken.  These prices are for business lunches where time on site is limited.  For longer bookings e.g. parties and other social functions over a longer period, see below for additional labour charges. Starters and sweets are priced to accompany the main dishes, where our fixed overheads are recovered.  They can be added to cold buffets at these costs, so long as rolls or sandwiches are included from the list below.  Standard cold buffets are delivered on disposable platters.

Side dishes e.g. vegetable, salads, rice etc. are priced between 71p and £1.81 per head.  Substantial salads as a main meal are charged as the table.  Bulk purchased items e.g. crisps, snacks, soft drinks etc. are essentially “at cost”.  With attended events, the Middleware bottomless coffee pot and tea is available during the hour of service at the standard one-off charge of £2.37 per head.  When engaged for multiple service points during a longer event, then each service point is charged at £2.37 but your guests may recharge the cups as many times as they wish.  Over weekends (Friday evenings through Saturday and Sunday) and holiday/Bank holidays our lowest rate will be at the 20 – 29 rate above, with the corresponding higher rate for lower numbers.  In a cold buffet, where additional items are added (savouries etc.) then we often suggest less bread-based elements.

Cold buffets are priced as delivered items with recyclable/composable materials.  Hot buffets come with a basic hour of service with crockery and cutlery.  Where a longer meal service is required e.g. funerals, parties or running buffets over a period of hours, each hour or part thereof is charged at £1.52 per cover, per hour i.e. for 20 people for an additional 2 hours, a charge of £61.60 will be made.  Delivery beyond the first 20 miles from our kitchens will be charged at £1.17 per mile each way.
