Roast beef with horseradish

A classic combination of roast beef served on a mild horse radish sauce (we use horse radish with mayonnaise so that the flavour of the sauce is not over powering). Served here on an open roll with salad.

One of the few delights for us as a business over the past year was the fact that one of our major NHS customers continued to use our services in a small way by offering this sort of selection for their Team of the Month awards - each individually packaged for the organisations chair to give out to the lucky team.

We are delighted that other bookings are now starting to flow in for our hot and cold buffets and we look forward to seeing some old friends in the near future. Marinated fillet of beef with stir fried red onions served on watercress and sweet potato. Taste test. Certainly worth another go.
