The ubiquitous sandwich is the mainstay of many cold buffets. While we do not make our own bread for sandwiches due to the need to maintain a uniform size that can only really be achieved with machine cut bread, we seek to source locally. We always use Braces’s Bread, made in South Wales and delivered to our local store within 12 hours of baking. We know we are always buying fresh with this locally sourced product.
