  • Bacon and brie tartlet

    Bacon and brie is a well recognised roll or sandwich filling and it occurred to Viv that it would also make a very tasty filling for her savoury tartlet range. In this photo, the bacon and brie is on the right.

  • Blini’s with salmon, cream cheese and caviar

    We make our own blini’s as we find the ones that can be purchased ready prepared seem very dry. The canapés here show the blini’s in the foreground of the slate, ready for delivery to the wedding guests.

  • Chicken and chorizo savoury tartlets

    Chicken and chorizo tartlets have a stronger flavour than many of our other tartlets because of the chorizo. We often partner a meat tartlet with a vegetarian in our buffets

  • Falafel

    Falafel is a Middle Eastern food, made from cooked chick peas, minced with onion, ground coriander, all-spice made into balls, egg and floured and deep fat fried. We served them here with a tzatziki dip.

  • Filled wrap bites

    We can offer this in a number of options. Shown here are roasted red peppers with cream cheese and prawns in mayonnaise with parsley. These can be added to a cold buffet or included with a selection of canapés as part of a pre-meal drinks reception.

  • Goats cheese and asparagus tartlet

    Viv has developed a number of different fillings for her savoury tartlets, which are essentially individual mini quiches. The goats cheese and asparagus is here on the left of the picture.

  • Leek and goats cheese savoury tart

    We use a number if different fillings for our savoury tarts. Here leek is the accompaniment to the goats cheese

  • Mushroom rolls

    An excellent all rounder among our canapés. These vegetarian rolls are also suitable for vegans but their appeal is universal and they go down well among our selection of canapés either as a separate serving as your guests arrive or as part of a starter.

  • Pizza pinwheels

    Everyone loves pizzas but not everyone loves cold pizzas. So this is the alternative to pizza served as part of a cold buffet or as a canapé. Much lighter as they are made with puff pastry. Very tangy tomato flavour

  • Roasted red pepper on crustini

    Served on a basil leaf, a wonderfully moist roasted red pepper.

  • Savoury crescents

    Our savoury crescents can are filled with meat or vegetarian options: chilli minced beef, Thai chicken and spinach and ricotta.
