This could alternatively be titled, “Death by chocolate.” A very firm favourite at the Ty Canol Gardens annual Bonfire Party on the two occasions over the years that we have served it. Served hot with cream it is a chocoholic’s heaven. It is best described as a baked chocolate cake, encrusted with marshmallows, swimming in a rich chocolate syrup. It always seems to be the first pudding to run out, so much so that not many of the hosts at our annual event get to taste it and we therefore have to occasionally simply put it on at family gatherings!
