This is one of our family favourites and we often serve it at our own get togethers. It has also featured on more than one occasion at a Ty Canol Gardens firework party. Made with new potatoes (we personally prefer Blas-y-tir potatoes from Pembrokeshire; they have a truly wonderful flavour and come from just up the road from us), onion and cream, topped with Gruyere cheese and baked in the oven.
