Our salted caramel Pavlova was something we had never conceived until we were planning an event to bid farewell to two colleagues from Viv’s husbands work. His secretary when planning the event with us wondered if we could do this sweet dish. Viv, of course, said she would be delighted to give it a go and produced her first such Pavlova for this event.
Now as Viv often remarks, Pavlova’s look wonderful on the plate until someone starts to cut into them and then they can look a bit like a train-wreck. As a result, she now also offers these as individual dishes, if this is what our clients wish. As a result, this has fast become a favourite.
