This could alternatively be titled, “Death by chocolate.” A very firm favourite at the Ty Canol Gardens annual Bonfire Party on the two occasions over the years that we have served it. Served hot with cream it is a chocoholic’s heaven. It is best described as a baked chocolate cake, encrusted with marshmallows, swimming in a rich chocolate syrup. [Read more…]
